Caribou Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)

Established in 1987, Caribou VA Clinic was the first of Togus' Community Based Outpatient Clinics and the first rural VA clinic in the nation! Following a clinic expansion, the patient population more than doubled to 3500 veterans. Caribou CBOC has a full complement of VA staff providing physicial, mental health and administrative services.

Directions

Interstate 95 North to Exit 302, Houlton.
Take a left off exit ramp onto Route 1 North.
Coming into Caribou, stay on Route 1 North past the Caribou Inn & Convention Center.
Take a left at the light (approximately 2 miles past the Convention Center).
Approximately 1/2 mile down the road is Cary Medical Center.
You will see signs for VA Clinic as you take a right into hospital driveway.
The clinic is located on the ground floor.
