Brian G. Stiller, Medical Center Director

Brian Stiller was appointed Medical Center Director for Togus VA Medical Center effective July 22, 2007.

Prior to his assignment at Togus, Mr. Stiller served as Associate Director of Minneapolis VA Medical Center from January 2004 until July 2007. Prior to his appointment at Minneapolis, Mr. Stiller served as Associate Director of Beckley VA Medical Center from August 2001 to January 2004.

In addition to managing day to day operations of the Beckley VA Medical Center, Mr. Stiller worked on a number of national and network projects that included planning of a new 120 bed Nursing Home, development of the National Capital Asset Realignment for Enhanced Services (CARES) Office and small facility planning for Network 6 CARES submission.

Mr. Stiller is a veteran of the United States Navy who graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, with honors and went on to obtain his masters in Healthcare Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Stiller began his career with Department of Veterans Affairs in 1991 at Northport (New York) VAMC. Starting in Human Resources, Mr. Stiller's career progressed through positions of greater responsibility from Human Resources Specialist, to EEO Manager, Staff Assistant to the Medical Center Director, Staff Assistant to the Network Director VISN 2, then as Associate Director at Minneapolis.
